Support Services
SSI has gained national recognition for its support services and is also the publisher of VARbase, a VAR practice management and support software tool. SSI invests heavily in on-going training and certifications for our consultants to keep pace with the rapid changes in our industry. SSI is a Beta-test site for the newest releases, insuring that we have the best possible working knowledge of the product. We provide telephone/modem/internet based support. When required, our consultants will be on-site to resolve issues or assist with system upgrades. "My highest compliments! Your new remote support system is outstanding.
