SSI uses a series of "Best Practices" to insure that each implementation proceeds as planned and on schedule. From our initial meeting until the time we turn over the system to you, an on-going dialogue is maintained to insure that your needs will be met. When you "go live," your system will be functional, and your reporting needs, forms requirements, and process/workflow issues will have been addressed.
