On-site Support
On-site support can be provided on an as-needed basis. It may cover any of the services we normally provide, including upgrading your system to a new version, additional training, or troubleshooting an existing problem.

Solution Strategists uses the latest technology that allows us to instantly support clients over the Internet. We can view your computer's screen and control your mouse and keyboard for fast problem resolution via the Web. It is a faster and less expensive problem resolution than on-site support.
